With the development of society, information technology has penetrated into every aspect of people’s lives. Especially in the field of education, development of information technology for teaching mathematics provides the new requirements. As a product of micro-lesson of information technology education development, which appears to provide for the elementary school mathematics learning effective ways and means of implementation, it has been more and more attention to primary school teachers. Using a micro lesson in elementary school mathematics teaching can help teachers enrich both classroom instruction form, but also help students learn more effectively mathematical knowledge. Therefore, this study on the application status of micro-lesson in Yinchuan City elementary school mathematics teaching were investigated.First, the present study using literature research on literature and information relating to the micro-lesson to sort out, explains the concept and characteristics of the micro-lesson. Secondly, the use of questionnaires and classroom observation of the situation of the micro-class primary school in Yinchuan, elementary school mathematics teacher knowledge and attitude micro class, the situation of teachers design and production of micro-lessons, teachers micro lesson and so in terms of micro Lesson application Status in Primary Mathematics Teaching in Yinchuan City, were studied to identify the micro-stage primary mathematics teaching process problems and their causes and propose appropriate policy recommendations for the problem, hoping to micro lesson in Primary Mathematics Teaching application provide reference.Through the above research, the following conclusions:micro lesson applies to all stages of primary mathematics teaching all aspects of the classroom, as well as a variety of common mathematical content of each lesson type, but in the course of teachers to choose the right according to the specific circumstances micro lesson, so that lessons can better promote micro Primary Mathematics Teaching. The study also found that by using a micro-lesson in elementary school mathematics teaching can stimulate students’ interest in learning, improve primary mathematics teaching efficiency, indicating that the micro-teaching is effective in primary mathematics teaching in Yinchuan City, is worth promoting. Although there are still some problems in the application of micro-lesson course, but as long as coordinating all aspects of the relationship between the common search for solutions to problems, and will be able to take full advantage of the role of micro-primary mathematics lessons, and to improve teaching effectiveness elementary mathematics.
