With the deepening of reform and opening,the higher vocational college students' career is more open,and more flexible thinking,in a sense for the counselors work to bring a lot of difficulties and challenges to the ideological and political education work in Higher Vocational colleges.In the new period,it is an important mission of the counselors in the new period to strengthen the ideological norms of contemporary vocational college students and cultivate their ability to face problems,analyze problems and solve problems.The effectiveness of counselors for students to talk,will directly affect whether instructors can correctly guide the organization,management,students' daily work,it can be said that the conversation is not only a kind of instinct,is also a kind of ability,every student should pay attention to the assistant management skills.This paper mainly analyzes the related theory of counselor to talk with the students,and puts forward the characteristic and principle of counselor student talk and the main form of the current vocational college counselors students talk to analyze the status quo,put forward the corresponding conversation skills,finally taking Hunan Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,talk to counselors students the effect of quantitative analysis,verify the research that is also the innovation of this article.
