Research On The Strategy Of Scientific Research Integrity Education For University Researchers

In recent years,the issue of the integrity of scientific research in our country has been aggravating day by day.Plagiarism and counterfeiting events have frequently been reported in the newspapers.Our country urgently needs to carry out the construction of scientific research integrity,strengthen publicity and education,and continuously improve the scientific research personnel's knowledge of the integrity of scientific research.Although more and more attention is paid to the propaganda and guidance and education and training of scientific research ethics in our country's scientific community and education circles,a number of policies and documents on ethics education in scientific research have also been promulgated one after another to strengthen the moral awareness of scientific and technological workers,especially the awareness of scientific research integrity.The honesty of scientific research in our country is still a very weak link.Research on scientific research integrity education is imperative.A necessary link in the research of scientific research integrity education for scientific research workers in Colleges and universities is to clarify the present situation of scientific research workers' scientific research and the existing problems in scientific research.From the survey results,university scientific research workers have different degrees of research integrity issues in the application,implementation,results formation,results review,and publication of research projects.In universities,there are also problems such as poor integrity education,lack of attention to research integrity education,and lack of continuity in research integrity education.The reason why the scientific research worker's scientific research integrity education in universities has problems is largely due to the following reasons: The first is because of the weakening of scientific spirit and scientific research ethics.The second reason is that self-education of researchers needs to be strengthened.The third is the weakness of basic science and research integrity education.The last one is the guarantee mechanism of honesty and credit education in science lags behind.In this regard,colleges and universities should take the following measures to enhance the effectiveness of university research integrity education and enhance the integrity of scientific research workers.The first is to strengthen scientific research and academic integrity education of potential researchers.The second is to carry forward and cultivate the scientific spirit of scientific researchers.Universities also shouldoptimize the environment for scientific research and education.In addition,the foundation of good faith education in scientific research should be rammed.Finally,it is also very important to improve the guarantee mechanism for the integrity education of scientific research in universities.
