Study On The Construction Of The Curriculum System Of Social Sports Guidance And Management Major Based On The Concept Of "Physical And Medical Combination"

Health is the eternal demand of mankind.With the development of a well-off society,more and more people have entered the state of "sub-health".From 2014 to 2016,the country successively issued "on speeding up the development of sports industry," Some opinions on promoting Sports consumption "and" 2030 Program outline of "Healthy China" actively advocated healthy living,and put forward the idea of "combination of body and Medicine";With the introduction of national policies and the increase of citizens’ health needs,the social demand for the "combination of physical education and medical treatment" of social sports and fitness guidance staff is increasing day by day;This study uses the methods of literature,interview and statistics to analyze and investigate the actual demand of the social health guidance talents,and design the training goals and specifications of the talents on the basis of the overall grasp of the social needs.And the use of the Delphi method to further select the curriculum and build a "combination of sports and medicine" concept for the guidance of social sports guidance and management of the curriculum system.Finally,the following six conclusions were reached:(1)The consciousness of rehabilitation training of the fitness club is waking up,but the demand for talents is still dominated by the guidance of fitness,and at the same time,the reserve of talents for the provision of rehabilitation training service is also carried out.(2)With the increase of the working life of the fitness instructors,the demand for rehabilitation is gradually increasing,many fitness instructors feel themselves in the process of health care and Tuina lack of more,some coaches in the field of training and nutrition has not fully meet the market demand.(3)The main needs of the fitness staff is still in the shape of the bodyshape,on the injury,all ages,but with age,the damage accounted for more and more,the need for rehabilitation of citizens increased correspondingly.(4)The aim and specification of the training of social sports professionals under the guidance of the concept of "combination of sports and medicine" has been designed.A: It has determined the application talents of "body medicine Combination",which is the multi-skill of "organizing,fine directing,able to recover and understand management",which is based on fitness consultation and technical guidance ability,has certain rehabilitation and treatment ability and understands social market economy development.B: From the basic knowledge of humanities and natural science,basic knowledge of sports science,social sports work knowledge,health management and sports rehabilitation knowledge,such as knowledge structure level,tool knowledge utilization ability,sports project guidance ability,sports rehabilitation and health care ability and so on ability structure level and ideological and moral accomplishment,cultural accomplishment and body accomplishment and so on accomplishment structure aspect,This paper designs the personnel training specification of the direction of"combination of body and medicine.(5)According to the training specification of talents and using the method of Delphi,62 courses are selected,which are divided into three categories: knowledge,ability and accomplishment according to the main nature of the subject.And according to the source of the subject,it is divided into five categories: human body science,sports theory,sports items,rehabilitation knowledge theory and rehabilitation methods and methods.(6)According to the requirements of curriculum theory,this paper combs the logical relationship between courses,and delimits five levels of foundation,improvement,methord,comprehensive development and target realization.
