With the continuous development of China’s economy and culture,people’s living standards have significantly improved,while the public gradually expresses a stronger call for diversified services in sports.Based on this,the major of social sports guidance and management was born with the aim of cultivating comprehensive talents in social sports to meet the diversified needs of the public for sports-related services and ultimately promote the comprehensive development of social sports.However,after nearly three decades of development,many real-life problems have seriously restricted the development of social sports majors and affected the identity of social sports students.The identity tendency and level of social sports guidance and management students determine the mobility of social sports talents,so it is necessary and important to study the identity of social sports guidance and management students.In this paper,the identity of students majoring in social sports guidance and management in Jiangxi province colleges and universities is taken as the research object,through the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper collects,arranges and analyzes the identity tendency,level and related influencing factors of students majoring in social sports guidance and management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.On the whole,the overall average value of identity of students majoring in social sports guidance and management in Colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province is 3.22,and the cognitive dimension,emotional dimension and behavior dimension are slightly higher than the critical value.Although the overall level and its dimensions belong to the scope of identity level,they have shown a situation that is not optimistic.2.Among the three dimensions of identity,there is a significant positive correlation between cognitive dimension and emotional dimension,that is,the higher the recognition,the higher the emotional level;There is a significant positive correlation between emotional dimension and behavioral dimension.The higher the emotional level,the more positive the related behavior is.3.In the analysis of different background variables,there are significant differences in the results of different grades,different special experience,different internship or part-time experience.Under the background of different grades,the overall level of identity of social sports students increases gradually from freshman to junior,but decreases in senior;In different special experience backgrounds,the social sports students who have experienced special learning have a significantly higher level of identity;In different internship or part-time experience backgrounds,social sports students who have experienced special internship or part-time show a high level of identity.4.The identity of students in social sports guidance and management is affected by school support,social support,family support and individual factors,of which school support and social support are the two most influential factors.These factors just reflect that China’s social sports is still at a relatively backward level,which is manifested in the unreasonable structure of relevant industries,the weak overall teaching staff,the backward cognition of mass sports and other phenomena,and these practical deficiencies are presented in the identity of students majoring in social sports.In view of the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:at the self level,constantly strengthen self cognition and self belief,and focus on the future;At the school level,efforts should be made to improve the quality of education and ensure the all-round development of students;At the social level,constantly strengthen the sports cognition and awareness of the public,and guide the positive public opinion of the society.
