With the accelerated process of economic globalization,the international talent has become the most immediate core competitiveness.Countries have attached great importance to the issue of internationalization of higher education,colleges and universities hope that through international cooperation and exchanges between cultures to meet the social needs of international talents.Undergraduate education is an important part of higher education,and plays an important role to the country’s economic,political and cultural development as well as to enhance the comprehensive national strength.Undergraduate education internationalization is a trend in the world of educational development,more and more governments all over the world the importance for developing countries,but also with international standards world-class universities to pass.Colleges take the responsibility of full-time undergraduate talent,also it is the main force of undergraduate education,the level of international development is an important indicator of the level of internationalization of Higher Education.As a result,research on the countermeasures of undergraduates internationalization has important practical significance.Although undergraduate internationalization has achieved few success,there are still many problems in China at present.In order to meet the current needs of international talent cultivation,the paper adopted literature analysis,comparative studies and other methods,define internationalization of higher education,international personnel and other related concepts and basic research at home and abroad;selecting domestic undergraduate international culture where certain aspects of certain representative colleges and universities as a case,and so on through the questionnaire and interview approach,analysis of the current our colleges and universities in undergraduate international culture exists culture system is imperfect,the lack of teaching resources,weak basic conditions and regulatory agencies is not standardized,the process;on this basis,by comparing some foreign colleges and universities in undergraduate international Cultivation practice has found that they established international ideas and goals,the creation of characteristics of international programs,open up a wealth of exchange programs and conduct a variety of international academic activities and other features.In order to cultivate international talents that can meet the needs the society,need to improve international personnel training system,we should develop high-quality undergraduate exchange programs,strengthening international faculty building and strengthening measures to maintains international curriculum system to fully improve undergraduate international capabilities.Firstly,the relevant departments should improve the international talents training policies and regulations and the establishment of an international culture management agency;Secondly,increasing the opportunities for undergraduates to participate in international exchanges,and build a platform between undergraduates and overseas students;Thirdly,we could improve the internationalization of teachers capacity,and actively introducing overseas outstanding faculty and establish a scientific incentive system to encourage teachers;Finally,set international undergraduate curriculum and a wide range of language courses,and to encourage participation in international multi-courses system.
