The Platform Design Of Intellengience Health Management Service In Campuse A

Chronic disease management becomes a major health and social problem in the modern society.Patients need to spend many time and money costs in dealing these diseases.Because of their special profession,the health problems faced by university faculty are even more severe.However,the current research on this phenomenon is still relatively scant.This study aims to design the health management service based on intelligent technologies according to the status quo of the health management of university faculty in A university,improving the health management of faculty and staff,so as to improve the performance of faculty by giving students more and more effective guidance,and systematically explores the design,implementation and safeguard measures of the service.First,a survey research of the health status of the faculty in A university was conducted.I found some problems of their health management staff health,e.g.health awareness is weak,pay less attention to health,difficult to monitor health.Based on the results of this survey,the causes of such problems were analyzed.Some reasons are found,which involves psychological factors,social factors,living habits and behavioral factors,dietary structure factors,interpersonal factors and environmental factors.Then,according to the results,this study proposes to design a campus intelligent health management service program.This study further analyzes the design goals and objectives of the service,a doctor-patient communication platform,chronic disease management,and hospital-level macro management strategy for the service design.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the problems that may arise in the service platform design,mainly from the four aspects,i.e.,organization-level guarantee,health consciousness,service quality and safety,service performance evaluation and improvement.Based on the status quo of health management research and the health status of faculty in A university,this paper analyzes the problems health management of university faculty,and further designs a health management service platform for A university.The service design has practical significance to improve the healthmanagement of this special group,but also provides guidance and reference for the practitioners of intelligent health service.
