In recent years,with the promotion of the construction project of the key universities of higher education in China,a number of comprehensive university education colleges have been abolished by the guidance of building double world-class universities,the subject evaluation and the funding mechanism of running school funds.Student groups,as stakeholders,their roles and participation in the abolition of educational institutes deserve focused attention.This study focuses on the role of the students in the abolition of school of education,taking the abolition of the school of education as a breakthrough point,focusing on the participation of the students in the process,and explores the general situation of the abolition of the school of education based on the perspective of the stakeholder,as well as studies the role of students in the abolition of the school of education.In order to reshape the role of the student group in the abolition of the education college,this study adopts a qualitative research method and a semi-structured interview outline.On the basis of the pre research of 12 students and 2 teachers in the original L school of education,this paper conducts in-depth interviews.Supplemented by field observation,literature collection and so on,we have obtained a lot of information.Through research,we find that L university’s school of education has undergone a tortuous and circular development stage.The abolition of the school of education was closed and reorganized on the organizational system,and personnel placement was adjusted and merged.Teachers’ attitudes towards abolition are different.Students’ training plan,curriculum system and so on are forced to adjust due to teachers’ problems.In the process of abolition,the discourse power of teachers and students is the lowest.The student group’ main relationship with other subjects is in a state of fault,opposition,indifference,and poor.In terms of the abolition participation,it is excluded,marginalized and prevented.In terms of the emotional experience,student group of different professions have different emotional experiences in different stages of abolition,but they are all dissatisfied with the abolition participation.The are willing to participate,but it turns out to be quite difficult to participate.In terms of behavior manner,through internal consultation,letter writing,external social networking platform and media voice,they are in the role of marginal participants.The reason for this dilemma is that,on the conceptual level,the participation consciousness is weak and the main body power is unequal;on the practice level,the participation way is not enough,the participation is insufficient,and the participation feedback is poor.Finally,for the study,summarize and discuss accordingly. |
