| As a grass-roots teaching and research organization,the teaching and research groups in secondary vocational colleges and universities are not only related to the improvement of teaching quality in schools,but also to the important initiatives of national education and teaching reform.With the continuous progress of the modernization level of the governance system and governance capacity of secondary vocational colleges in China,there are still problems that need to be improved and developed in the current teaching and research groups in secondary vocational schools in China,such as imperfect management system,unclear distribution of authority and responsibility,and teaching and research capacity to be improved.This paper combines relevant theories and domestic and foreign research results,and analyzes five dimensions of teaching and research groups: functional orientation,organizational structure,operation mechanism,guarantee conditions,and organization form and content of teaching and research activities through survey interviews in five secondary schools in Changsha,and finds that the following problems exist in the governance of secondary teaching and research groups: unreasonable organizational settings of teaching and research groups,unstable operation mechanism of teaching and research groups,inadequate guarantee conditions of teaching and research groups,poor culture of teaching and research in teaching and research groups,and poor governance of teaching and research in teaching and research groups.The problems are: unreasonable organization of teaching and research groups,unstable operation mechanism of teaching and research groups,inadequate guarantee conditions of teaching and research groups,poor culture of teaching and research,poor effect of teaching and research activities.The reasons for this are mainly the following: insufficient policy support,lack of sufficient attention from secondary schools,insufficient participation of various stakeholders,poor attitude of teaching and research teaching and research ideology,and single form and content of teaching and research activities organization.According to the above-mentioned research,it is found that the process of governance of secondary school teaching and research group involves the fundamental rights and interests of multiple stakeholders,and the role played by them in the process of governance of teaching and research group cannot be accurately positioned,so it is necessary to reshape the roles of various stakeholders,coordinate and position the reasonable roles of multiple stakeholders in the process of governance of secondary school teaching and research group,clarify the needs of each stakeholder,and play the functions of each stakeholder.The recommendations are based on the following five levels: strengthening the policy support,promoting the governance of teaching and research groups in secondary vocational schools,promoting the active participation of stakeholders,strengthening the governance of teaching and research groups,and improving the content and mode of teaching and research activities. |
