With the continuous development of the economic level, the pace of urbanization in China is accelerating,a large number of people shift from rural to urban areas for their livelihoods, and from the initial individual migration to the current family-based migration,a large new group has emerged.——Floating children,as future city builders and successors, are directly related to the degree of civilization and stability of social development. Therefore, the issue of the physical and mental health development of migrant children has been in the limelight and has aroused wide concern in the public.Scholars have found that due to differences in economic conditions and changes in the living environment, the level of self-confidence of migrant children is far lower than that of urban children. However, the previous studies mainly analyzed the physical and mental health of children from the aspect of pathology. They only briefly mentioned the issue of self-confidence among floating children and did not conduct in-depth studies. Therefore,it is of great value and significance to comprehensively examine the level and characteristics of floating children's self-confidence development whether it is for deepening related theoretical research or for promoting the physical and mental health development of floating children. This research is based on the microscopic view of human development ecology. It uses the children of 7-10 year-old migrant children from A primary school as the subject, combining literature analysis, survey, observation, and case analysis methods.Focusing on the development of self-confidence in A-school floating children,an analysis was made of their self-confidence development level and characteristics.it was found that the level of self-confidence among A-school floating children was generally higher, indicating that the differences of activities, roles, and interpersonal relationships in school education activities will make the level of development of migrant children change. Therefore, the researchers further observe and analyze the education activities of children's self-confidence in the school in order to have a deep understanding of the process of self-confidence education activities for floating children in A primary schools and to find the reason why children's self-confidence is developing so well, providing valuable reference and scientific basis for promoting the development of migrant children's self-confidence.The full text is divided into five partsThe first part is the preface, put forward the reasons for choosing the topic, sort out the existing literature, and then define the core concepts of "human development ecology","mobile children" and "self-confidence",and introduce research purposes, research methods and research ethics. The second part is the introduction to the theory of human development ecology, understanding of the meaning, content and system structure of the theory of human development ecology, clarifying the relationship between the theory and individual development, and thus further in-depth the influence of the three elements of the microscopic system on the development of self-confidence for floating children. The third part is the study of the structure and development characteristics of self-confidence of A floating school children. This part mainly consists of two sub-items.The first is the study on the self-confidence structure of floating children in A primary schools.First,by observing the floating children's education activities in A primary schools,we initially put forward the assumptions of the level of self-confidence of floating children in the school, and then based on the existing literature and the actual self-confidence of floating children in A primary schools. The status of development eventually led to the development of self-confidence scales for mobile children consisting of five test items: initiative, achievement, interpersonal communication,self-evaluation,and self-efficacy.The second is the research on the development characteristics of self-confidence in A-school floating children.Based on the results of self-confidence scale of floating children,SPSS was used for t-test and one-way analysis of variance to Comprehensively analyze the relationship between the overall level of self-confidence of children in A primary school and the age, gender, and the number of family children, and the transition period of the self-confidence development of the floating child is summarized, which provides a scientific basis for the study of the self-confidence education strategy of the floating child. The forth part is the research on the self-confidence education activities of floating children with the microscopic view of human development ecology. It analyzes the A primary school self-confidence theme education activities from the three perspectives: activities, roles, and interpersonal relationships. It Summarizes the impact of the three on migrant children's sense of accomplishment, initiative, interpersonal communication,self-evaluation,and self-efficacy.The process of self-confidence theme education activities in A floating school children was fully demonstrated. The fifth part is a comprehensive discussion of the educational activities of the self-confidence theme of A floating school children under the microscopic view of human development ecology. This part consists of three sub-items.The first is to use the three elements of microscopic view of human development ecology to evaluate the self-confidence education activities of floating children and analyze its advantages and disadvantages. The second is the reasons why self-confidence can develop so well in A floating school children? It analyzes the four aspects of campus culture, school concepts, characteristic theme education activities and elective courses, and summarizes their benefits for the development of self-confidence among floating children.Third, based on the above analysis,we summarized the contents of building psychological counseling agencies, optimizing the content of educational activities, reforming educational development methods, creating cooperation opportunities, and establishing a reasonable role expectation, etc.to provide experience for promoting the development of self-confidence among migrant children...
