Rural primary school teachers' identity refers to the rural primary school teachers in the countryside,teaching conditions,on their own teaching environment,teaching task,and their community recognition and acceptance,it concerned about the rural primary school teachers to their expectations,is a process of constant change.Teachers' identification with their own identity can reflect the reality of teachers' life.This paper studies the status of teacher identification in rural primary school in Qingdao city by means of literature method,case method,interview method and narrative method.At home and abroad on the basis of the research on the rural primary school teachers' identity,the D identity problems of rural primary school teachers put forward his own understanding,after investigation and interview to D rural primary school teachers,put forward the D problems existing in the rural primary school teachers on the identity and changes to their own identity,analysis the cause of the problem and influence factors of rural primary school teachers to their own identity change,put forward specific strategies to improve rural primary school teachers' identity.Through the study found that the current D basic identity rural primary school teachers about their identity,but they lack of self-worth and sense of belonging and identity problems such as lack of creativity,autonomy of job of teaching,also found that the identity of rural primary school teachers is affected by the factors such as family,school,personal and constantly changing.Therefore,need from the culture construction of rural primary school teachers,establish the school community,supervise and urge schools to formulate reasonable teacher evaluation system and improve the rural primary school teachers' economic treatment,form the social atmosphere of attaching importance,encourage rural primary school teachers must set up the great professional ideal and learnto reflect on their own,improve the capability to improve teachers' professional identity perception.If improve the rural primary school teachers' identity,which is beneficial to improve the level of rural primary school teachers' professional development,can promote the healthy development of the rural primary school teachers and students,and promote the development of rural primary school.
