Narrative Research On The Professional Growth Of Class Teachers In Rural Primary Schools

The head teacher is an important part of the basic education in China.In education teaching,the head teacher,as the builder and server of the class,is the organizer and guide for students to form good behavior habits.The head teacher of rural primary school is a first-line education worker in mountainous villages with remote terrain,inconvenient transportation and poverty.He plays a decisive role in education teaching,class construction and class service,and students’ physical and mental health growth.The village primary school teacher professional development course,allowing them to better understand the village primary school teacher professional development path,thus in the countryside elementary school teacher professional development at the same time,the rationale of for the future as the rapid development of the rural primary school teacher in charge teacher to provide the reference,for the development of the physical and mental health of rural primary school students get a better lay the foundation.On the basis of existing research,this study,through the method of narrative research,clearly presented in the form of a story a rural primary school primary school(Q)of the growth course of outstanding teacher in charge teacher(L),in order to enter the L the teacher in charge teacher growth of individual experience of the world,and on the basis of the headteacher professional development theory,from the ideological accomplishment,knowledge accomplishment,the teacher’s ethics accomplishment,organization communication literacy interview several aspects,such as analysis,sum up,indicates that the factors affecting rural primary school class teacher professional development,and the path of growth.Research findings:First,Village primary school teacher in charge in the growth process,the change of the external environment that the state department of education policy support and pay attention to basic education,family care and understanding of research collaboration with other teachers,themselves under the influence of key events and internal environment that own ideal desire and a strong sense of self development,education teaching passion and personal special factors together form the key factors influencing the village primary school teacher professional development.Second,Through the analysis of the professional growth of teacher L’s class teacher,it is concluded that the professional growth of rural primary school class teacher needs to establish firm ideals and beliefs,go through learning and training,summarize and reflect,and combine theory with practice to achieve rapid development.Third,the head teacher of rural primary school is unique.In addition to firm ideals and beliefs,diligent learning and training summary and reflection,and the combination of theory and practice,his professional growth also needs the help and support of the whole society.
