| Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of China’s social modernization,people’s problems in the society have been highlighted.The collapse of traditional unit system and the establishment of market economy have promoted the transformation of Chinese corporate welfare system.The emergence of new problems and contradictions shows the new characteristics and new needs of the enterprise environment in the period of social transformation in China,which needs to be solved by the means and ideas of social work.From this perspective,the development of corporate social work is the inevitable requirement of China’s social modernization.Since the establishment of the first batch of social work institutions in Chongqing in 2010,the social work in Chongqing has also been gradually developing.At present,the form of the enterprise social work in Chongqing is relatively simple,mainly through the government purchase of social workers’ services.Under this form,the social work of Chongqing enterprises has its characteristics and advantages,but on the other hand,the author finds that there are few social work projects in Chongqing.They all face the dilemma of development and survival.It is embodied in such aspects as lack of social recognition and acceptance,unclear implementation organization,imperfect working system,ethical dilemma,vague goal selection,lack of talent,shortage of funds and low sustainability.Compared with the Guangdong Province,the corporate social work of the form of independent purchase of enterprises has developed from the government’s payment to the enterprise’s initiative purchase.In the past three years,the awareness and acceptance of corporate social workers have been increasing.Enterprises have begun to accept and support social work in the development of social work.More and more enterprises are actively buying social work service posts or projects,and the sustainability of the project is increasing.This paper takes the two forms of corporate social work projects as the research object.The main research methods are case analysis and case comparison.After analyzing the case,it is found that the above two social work projects were launched by the government.Why do the following developments differ significantly after the termination of the service period? Most of the former projects end,while the latter allows enterprises to buy,or even be included in the enterprise.What is the cause of this difference? After the comparison and analysis of the two forms of corporate social workers,it is found that in addition to the greater overall economic strength and the more open management concept in Guangdong Province,this article is based on the analysis of the theory of resource dependence.It is found that the corporate social workers in Chongqing are mainly dependent on the excessive dependence on the government resources,the sources of funds are single and specialized.The problem of lack of level.Based on the above analysis and comparison,this paper proposes possible development strategies for the development of enterprise social work in chongqing.First,reconstructing the relationship between government and institutions.Secondly,the organization makes full use of government resources,steadily improves service,improves project quality,and promotes the sustainable development of the project.At last,institutions enhance their own professionalism,reduce the reliance on government resources,and strive to buy more. |
