The current era is an age of global economic integration.Immigrants from different countries,ethnic groups,and cultural backgrounds have left their homes due to factors such as poverty and inequality.The convenient transportation and the increasingly close contact throughout the world have made the immigrant population spread all over the world.While immigrant populations bring labor to developed countries and regions,they inevitably lead to many social problems.How to address the many social problems caused by immigration through effective measures and means and integrate better into French mainstream society has always been the focus of immigration research in European countries.As a country that has implemented a policy of republican assimilation,France has a strong appeal for immigration and is also a typical European immigration recipient.As a subpopulation of migration,migrant children have always been one of the most vulnerable groups in the global education community.How to successfully integrate French migrant children as one of the socially disadvantaged groups into the French mainstream society,gain identity and sense of belonging has always been a problem that needs to be solved by the French government and the French community.Under the background of French society and European Union,analyze its historical background,international background and domestic background,explore the influencing factors of urban children's social integration of migrant children,analyze the difficulties and obstacles faced by migrant children in France,and study the French government's successful integration.The strategy of urban society provides a reference for the study of migrant children.At present,the obstacles and problems faced by the migrant children's urban society in China are becoming increasingly prominent.Although the French policies and plans for migrant children may not be fully applicable to China's national conditions,France's beneficial exploration and successful experience in promoting migrant children's urban social integration process.It has certain reference significance for the successful integration of migrant children in urban society of China.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction part,which puts forward research questions,introduces the research background,the reasons for choosing the topic and the significance of research.Through defining the concept of floating children,social integration and sorting out the research status of migrant children at home and abroad,we determine the theory of cultural adaptation and citizenship theory as the theoretical basis of the study,analysis and comparison are the research methods of this paper.The second part introduces the special implication and background of the social integration of migrant children in France.The special implication of the social integration of migrant children in France is divided into three aspects:education integration,cultural integration and psychological integration;through the complex historical background of the migrant population,the EU's far-reaching policy in international background and the elaboration of the domestic background of the integration of environmental barriers outlined the current status of social integration of migrant children in France.The third part mainly elaborates the influencing factors of the social integration of migrant children in France.Starting from the favorable factors and unfavorable factors,it points out that the favorable factors are higher educational expectation of migrant children and the strong guarantee of legal policy system.The unfavorable factors are the overcrowding of the migrant children's living environment and the obstruction of floating children's academic achievements.The fourth part deals with the challenges facing the social integration of migrant children in France.It discusses four aspects: the predicament of identity,the barriers to official language,the need for mental health,and the conflict in mainstream culture.The fifth section proposes strategies to promote the social integration of migrant children in France,including the establishment of priority areas for education,strengthening of partnerships in the field of local education,implementation of civic education,promoting the cognition identity of migrant children,establishing educational integration mechanisms for the synergies of schools and parents,and developing cultural language education which based on pluralism;providing school-based mental health services.The sixth part analyzes the shortcomings of France in promoting the social integration of migrant children and the predicament of the social integration of migrant children in China.It points out that China can improve the relevant lawsand regulations and provide policy protection;developing civic education,promoting understanding and interaction;establishing a home schools collaborate to promote the integration of cities;strengthen the education of ideas and ideas,and encourage active integration to promote the social integration of migrant children.The final part is the conclusion part,which examines the differences in the social integration of immigrant children from different standpoints in France and China,emphasizes the importance of the integration of the immigrant children in urban society,and points out the significance of solving the problem of social integration of immigrant children.Drawing on the experience of the successful social integration of migrant children in France,we must base ourselves on our country and effectively solve new problems arising from the process of social integration of migrant children in China.
