Tudy On Safety Management Of PE Teaching In The Middle School

"Safety" is the most basic requirement of a person.School physical education as an important complement to the study of student culture basic course,which plays an important role in the whole teaching stage.Therefore,do a good job in secondary school physical education safety management,the healthy growth of students,the school long-term development has a crucial role.In this context,this paper adopts the literature review method and the field investigation interview method and the mathematical statistics method,analysis of the current situation and problems of sports teaching safety management in 5 middle schools(Rtvu experimental middle school,H experimental middle school,G gifted experimental middle school,G peiren middle school and No.1 middle school)in G city H district of Guangxi.The paper is divided into six parts to discuss the study.First of all,the introduction part introduces the background,purpose and significance of this research and domestic and foreign related research.On this basis,this paper analyzes the main research methods and research objects adopted in this study,and puts forward the main technical route of this research.Secondly,in the second part,the author elaborates the social background and the theory of "safety management","education security theory" and "sports safety theory" in the thought of safety management of middle school PE teaching.The third part mainly discusses the necessity of the safety management of middle school PE teaching and the influencing factors of PE teaching environment,teaching mode,teaching staff and safety management education system.Through investigation,it is known that there are four major problems in the management of physical education in 5 middle schools in H district of G city in Guangxi at present.First,the safety facilities of physical education are not perfect;the second is the lack of physical education teachers;the third is the lack of safety education;Is the school safety management system is not perfect.Finally,combined with the results of the analysis and the results of the questionnaire analysis,this paper puts forward the basic strategy of improving the safety management of physical education in middle schools.The results of practical research show that " the experimental middle school of radio and TV university,the experimental middle school of H district,the experimental middle school of Excellence in G city,the peiren middle school in G city,and the No.1 middle school in H district in G city" all have physical education teaching safety accidents.On the current status of the management of a number of secondary schools,physical education and management of poor management status,despite years of impressive management results.However,there are still shortcomings in site equipment,physical education teachers,student personal and school management.Therefore,this study hopes to improve the school safety management system,strengthen the safety awareness of teachers and safety skills training,to strengthen student safety education and increase the purchase of funds and management equipment investment,and further enhance the above several secondary school physical education safety management Level.
