Strengthening primary school physical education teachers team construction and management is the important aspect of primary school physical education teachers grow,is directly related to the development of the school "sports and health",has long been a sports appear as less important,physical education teachers in primary schools to the attention of and attention is not enough,the teacher should be further improve the quality of the team as a whole.Since the new curriculum standard implementation,got the attention than ever before,and attaches great importance to the physical education curriculum,thus strengthening the elementary school sports teachers team construction and management,improve the elementary school sports teachers all aspects of the rationality of the structure,improve every primary school sports teachers' theoretical level and professional quality,make the development of sports,physical education teachers team construction and management of keep up with the pace of the new curriculum reform is the key.In the new curriculum reform,the core is the reform of the curriculum system,but the key is the construction and management of the teachers' team.In elementary school,minhang district of Shanghai as an example,this paper will elementary school physical education teachers and school administrators as the research object,mainly adopts the literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,from the current Shanghai minhang district elementary school in sports teachers sex ratio,age structure,academic structure,title level,salary treatment,scientific research,teaching task to undertake,engagement,professional degree,loyalty,etc.To understand the current situation of primary school physical education teachers team construction,from the managers management idea,management system,management mode,training system,evaluation system,promotion system,the flow system,the concept of human resource management and theory to understand the current status of elementary school physical education teachers team management.Take a look at the current primary school physical education teachers team construction and management in a kind of what kind of present situation,the primary school physical education teachers team construction and management of the target and the process is reasonable,the present situation of elementary school physical education teachers,the problems which need to be addressed.Take the problem as the forerunner,combing the relevant data from the research present situation,analyzing the main problems of elementary school physical education teachers team construction,and by using the theory of pedagogy,management,this article analyzes the deep-seated problems.To explore elementary school physical education teachers team construction and management of scientific thinking and effective path,and puts forward effective resolution strategy,management decisions for the construction of the government and school level to provide sufficient information basis and decision-making reference.This study is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the background,significance of the research,the literature of previous studies,the thoughts and methods of theresearch.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and the concept definition part,mainly from the analysis of several basic theories of management,to provide theoretical support for the research.Chapter 3part for the analysis of the status quo,the use of questionnaire from two dimensions of elementary school physical education teachers and school administrators to have investigated the current situation of the elementary school physical education teachers construction and management,statistics and analyses the result of the research.The fourth chapter is the problem analysis part,combined with the questionnaire results to the current elementary school physical education teacher construction and management of the existing problems in the research.The fifth chapter is the reason analysis part,mainly from the perspective of management,the application of management theory to the existence of a deeper analysis.Chapter 6 as the countermeasure part,combining the current Shanghai second "curriculum" advanced concepts into classroom teaching practice,thinking and requirement put forward targeted,has certain operability countermeasures and Suggestions.Chapter 7 is the conclusion of the article.
