With the rapid development of the times,people are enjoying the welfare brought by economic growth,and they also face social problems such as serious aging and too big gap between the rich and the poor.As a "regulator" to alleviate social problems,social work is playing an increasingly important role in today's society.And the government has also begun to vigorously promote the development of social work,the intention to build a professional team of social work,to help solve social problems and promote social justice.However,the social work is late in Xinjiang,the social recognition is not high,the brain drain is serious,and its development has not achieved the expected effect.Therefore,it is an important task to understand the present situation of the professional employment environment of the social work at the present stage and find out the bad factors that restrict the development of social work.This paper mainly studies the current situation of the professional employment environment of social work in Urumqi.First,through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,we have a general understanding of the employment status of the professional graduates of social work,and then the identification and employment intention of the professional students of the social work major and the working social work.The job status of the staff is analyzed and studied.By understanding the present situation of the subjective and objective factors affecting the employment environment in the social work,it is found that there is a deformity of the "multiple supply imbalance" in the development of the social work in the black city.This imbalance is mainly due to the low professional identity of the students in the social work,the lack of social work development and the lack of systematic nature.And innovative policy support,social recognition and low social popularity.In view of the existing problems,this paper thinks that it is necessary to improve the professional ability of social workers in all directions,promote the innovation of social work,promote social work,promote the professional development of social work in many ways,and enhance the professional training ability of colleges anduniversities in an all-round way,so as to improve the employment environment of the social work and create more attractive.The social work professional employment market in force will promote the healthy development of social work in Xinjiang.
