As the level of professional identity of postgraduates has a great influence to their major study, keeping their a high level of professional identity helps a lot with their putting more in their major study. Based on this, this study did an empirical research on the influence factors of postgraduates'professional identity level, taking the example of university H.The main contents of this research are as follows. Firstly, established a measure tool testing the influence factors of postgraduates'professional identity level, which is constructed by three parts, including the measure of professional identity level, the measure of micro educational environment and the measure of macro social environment. Secondly, this paper did a research on the influence that postgraduates'gender, grade, major, whether studying the interdisciplinary major, whether having had working experience related to the major did to postgraduates' professional identity level. Thirdly, did regression analysis about postgraduates'professional identity level and its environmental influence factors. The following are the results gained from the research.1. Gender factor influenced postgraduates'professional identity level, and the level of males is higher.2. The time of postgraduate study did no influence to postgraduates'professional identity level.3. Whether studying the interdisciplinary major influenced postgraduates'professional identity level, and postgraduates who didn't choose the interdisciplinary major have a higher professional identity level.4. Working experience related to postgraduates'major didn't have influence on their professional identity level.5. There's no difference between different first level disciplines on postgraduates' professional identity level.6. Macro social environment didn't have influence on postgraduates'professional identity level.7. Micro educational environment influenced postgraduates'professional identity level, and it's the only environmental factor that influenced postgraduates'professional identity level.8. As the three factors constructed micro educational environment, studying, science research and daily life, of which there're only two factors, studying and science research positively influenced postgraduates' professional identity level, and studying has a greater influence than science research.
