Among them,"classroom education activities centering on teacher behavior are the core factors that reflect the quality of kindergarten education." [Liu Xia.Educational Quality of Childcare Institutions: Concepts and Composition.Modern Education Review[J].2004(4).] Listening to assessments becomes an important way to improve the quality of classroom education.Through reviewing the data,we found that there are many problems in the current kindergarten audition class,such as inadequate preparation before attending class,incomplete records during the course of class,and a single point of view of evaluation,which leads the author to consider what kind of classroom assessment is scientific and comprehensive and how effective it should be.Conduct a series of questions such as class evaluation.Through the study of this paper,it is expected to draw up a framework and evaluation criteria for the observation and evaluation of language activities in kindergartens.In other words,it provides a ready-made template for classroom observation of language activities in kindergartens.This theory first uses the Delphi method to construct evaluation indicators for kindergarten language teaching activities,and then determines the weight of each evaluation index,constructs a judgment matrix using analytic hierarchy process,calculates weights and consistency checks,and determines the weight vectors for each index.The consistency test results are used to judge,and finally the overall index system’s synthesis weights are obtained.Finally,according to the index obtained,the standard is set according to the weight ratio of each index.The index system of classroom evaluation of kindergarten language teaching activities finally obtained in this study includes three first-level indicators,namely teacher education,early childhood learning,and classroom culture.Among them,teacher education indicators include activity goals,activity contents,activity organization,and teacher accomplishment.The four secondary indicators;the child learning indicators include three secondary indicators of emotional attitudes,interactive performance,and language skills;the classroom cultural indicators include two secondary indicators of activity evaluation and classroom atmosphere,each of which includes Several third-level indicators,a total of 25. |
