The Standards for Chinese Curriculum in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)points out that classroom,teaching evaluation should pay attention to process evaluation,and focus on students’ learning process and attitude.As one of the methods of process evaluation,teacher classroom evaluation language is an important tool and means for teachers to implement teaching evaluation,and plays an important role in promoting the development of teaching and promoting students’ learning and growth.Due to the lack of classroom teaching experience of novice teachers and the need to improve their ability to grasp classroom teaching activities,it is more difficult to accurately grasp the use of their evaluation language in the process of classroom evaluation,so exploring the application mode of classroom teaching evaluation language of novice teachers is the need to improve the classroom evaluation ability of novice teachers,and it is also an inherent need to promote the development and growth of novice teachers and students.Based on this,this study discusses the subjects,content of evaluation language,expression forms,and types of evaluation language for novice primary school Chinese teachers,and constructs a classroom evaluation language application mode for novice primary school Chinese teachers,which is an important topic to explore the evaluation reform of primary school Chinese teaching and improve the quality of teaching evaluation.In this study,77 novice primary school Chinese teachers in S City were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey;six novice primary school Chinese teachers from primary schools A and B were selected as classroom observation and interview subjects,and six novice teachers were surveyed to teach students.It is found that the classroom evaluation language of novice primary school Chinese teachers has the problems of single evaluation object,content emphasizing knowledge over process and emotion,single expression mode of evaluation language,and monotonous type.The reasons are insufficient understanding of evaluation theory among novice primary school Chinese teachers,classroom evaluation ability to be improved,insufficient self-adjustment ability,and lack of reflection on classroom evaluation language.On this basis,from the five aspects of guiding ideology,goal,principle,index system,and operation,the classroom evaluation language application mode of primary school language novice teachers based on the new curriculum standard is constructed.This model aims to point the evaluation language to the development process of students,pay attention to enlightening students’ thinking,emphasize the dynamic generation of language,promote the improvement of teaching and learning,and follow the principles of development,objectivity,and comprehensiveness,so as to determine the evaluation object,select the evaluation content,use a variety of evaluation methods,and present a variety of types of evaluation language as the operation,which constitutes a complete classroom evaluation language application mode for novice primary school language teachers based on the new curriculum standard.Next,through classroom observation and interview survey,the preliminary evaluation practice of this model is carried out,and the results show that the classroom evaluation language use mode of novice primary school Chinese teachers based on the new curriculum standard can help primary school language novice teachers better carry out classroom evaluation and effectively improve the classroom evaluation quality of primary school novice Chinese teachers.Finally,the application practice of classroom evaluation language use mode for novice primary school Chinese teachers is summarized and reflected,and suggestions for improving the use of this model are put forward. |
