In the focus of food safety all over the world,in addition to what we usually say in restaurants,restaurants,and some food processing factories,there is a food production point that needs to be paid to our attention,that is,the school restaurant,which is related to the health of young people.Growth,once safety problems arise,will bring serious harm and loss.Although the relevant departments have tried to take various measures to monitor and manage the food safety problems in school restaurants,there will be frequent occurrence of food poisoning or serious food safety hazards.The primary school canteen occupies a very important position in the management of primary school.It is an important aspect of the primary school logistics.The primary school logistics is an important condition for the primary school to ensure the normal education activities.It is a very important part of the education construction system in our country,and it should be given to the primary school education.One aspect of full concern.Whether the logistics of primary schools can provide a strong guarantee for the development of teaching activities and has far-reaching significance for other aspects of education reform.This research is of great significance for strengthening food safety in primary school canteen,reducing the occurrence of food problems and ensuring the healthy and safe diet.Based on a large number of data collected from field studies in Baoding primary school,this paper analyzes the current situation of standardized management of primary school canteens in Baoding.This paper points out that the existing policies and regulations in the standardized management process are not perfect,the quality of the canteen practitioners is low,the canteen supervision system is not perfect,the basic facilities and layout are not reasonable,the processing process is not scientific,and the procurement and acceptance is not standardized,and the suggestions are put forward to optimize the standardized management of the primary school canteen in Baoding.We should improve macro-control policies,build a complete management strategy,strengthen the financial management of canteens,pay attention to the training of canteen practitioners,and establish a complete regulatory process.
