Class Construction:from "False Community" To "Real Community"

The significance of community to social development has been gradually realized.In the field of education,both experts and teachers argue that it is essential to build a class into a community and some actions have been taken positively.However,due to inadequate understanding of the community,it is easy to go wrong in practice.Many of the class communities constructed are often "false communities".The false class community is the whole or group of people whose wills cannot be shared together.Its main form of expression is twofold: one is that the individual will be supreme,and the other is the will of the majority.No matter which kind of false community will cause some harm to its members and the community:Former may lead to "Mediocre evil" and other hazards;The latter may lead to the neglect of the will of the minority and the tyranny of the majority.The real class community is a community in which the will is common,and the internal regulations of the real class community are mainly reflected in the three aspects of coexistence,commonality,and symbiosis.The performance of the class as a real community includes: a common vision,a negotiation atmosphere,an intimate relationship,and a cooperative attitude.The construction of a class as a true community can begin with the following strategies: first,to update concepts and treat them equally;second,to participate in all,to compound justice;third,to create an atmosphere and to negotiate democracy;and fourth,to safeguard the system and protect rights and interests.
