After implementing the new curriculum standard reform,we should focus on developing students' independent cooperation and inquiry learning ability,so that students can participate in the learning process positively and really experience the pleasure of acquiring knowledge.Cooperative learning is an important learning way advocated by the new curriculum,because it helps to stimulate students' inner learning motivation,cultivate their cooperative skills and form a harmonious and friendly class.Many front-line teachers also apply the concept of cooperative learning to their own classes,constantly practice and achieve certain effects.Based on the investigation and analysis of cooperative learning in sixth middle school of Binhai New Area of Tianjin,the author finds that there are still many problems when teachers cooperate in teaching,which makes the effect of cooperative learning not rational.In view of the problems existing in Teachers' cooperative learning,the author puts forward corresponding strategies and hopes that cooperative learning can be brilliant in our school.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the purpose,significance and contents and methods of the research.Meanwhile,it summarizes the research status quo of cooperative learning both at home and abroad,and points out the importance of this article.In the second part,it is divided into two sections.The first section discusses the concept,characteristics and significance of cooperative learning,and the second section rewrites the theory of cooperative learning.The third part,the article mainly around the Tianjin Binhai New Area sixth middle school language classroom cooperative learning status survey.The object of investigation of the current situation of the selected 18 Chinese teachers as the questionnaire,at the same time in each grade were randomly selected from three classes of students and parents of students as the object of the questionnaire,andinterviews were carried out with the school principal,summarized from the teachers and students,schools and parents of four different angles,find out there are problems after the implementation of cooperative learning.This part also selected two outstanding examples of other schools to study and learn from other teachers,let.The fourth part is the countermeasure for Binhai New Area of Tianjin city sixth middle school language classroom cooperative learning in question,for example,pay attention to the cultivation of students' cooperation awareness and skills;improve teachers' professional knowledge;continue to deepen the school management and evaluation system reform proposals.
