With the coming of the network information age,the educational field bred a brand new teaching method——the blended teaching model,its appearance was derived from the scientific integration between the boundedness of E-learning and the unsubstitutability of traditional classroom.The thesis is aimed at the management of the blended teaching system based on the web-teaching platform in the secondary vocational schools,these researches are carried on: firstly,the author constructs the blended teaching system frame of the secondary vocational school.Secondly,the survey of teaching status based on the Yunnan broadcast and television school is carried on.Thirdly,using the course “Preschool Psychology” as an example,taking these students of the 2016-grade preschool education major as the implement objects,the author takes the sampling qualitative observation and carries out the teaching practice based on the integrated information platform of the open education.The practice has proved that it play obvious driving effect to improve all the study abilities of the vocational middle school students based on the web-based teaching platform.Fourthly,reflecting deeply after the blended teaching practice.Finally,the author proposes the management countermeasures to improve the blended teaching system of the secondary vocational school,such as emphasizing the teacher's leading role;setting the studying activities and interaction links scientifically;giving full play to the mobile learning function of the cellphone;promoting the effective join between the on-line and the offline;improving evaluation methods of the blended teaching system in order to upgrade the blended teaching ability of the secondary vocational school teachers,and so on.The innovation points of the thesis lie that the author tries to construct the blended teaching system frame of the secondary vocational school,then reflects deeply after the blended teaching practice and proposes the management countermeasures to improve the blended teaching system.The reference and practical guidance are given to other secondary vocational schools by all of the study.Meanwhile,the study is the first instance of the preschool education major in Yunnan broadcast and television school.
