As information technology develops," Internet Plus “has exerted a profound impact on peoples ’ ways of life.The traditional teaching environment and methods can no longer meet the needs of the country for the cultivation of compound talents in the information age.Therefore,more and more schools use information-based teaching tools to assist teaching,which provides appropriate technical support and services for teaching and promotes teaching reform.This paper,based on the instant social software students use to complete the blended learning activities,investigates the current situation of blended learning among students in the college where the author works and the acceptance of blended learning based on WeChat Public Platform by using documentary research method,questionnaires method and action research method.This paper analyses the teaching function of the “Educational Technology MicroLearning” platform developed by the author’s laboratory,and according to the survey results,constructs a blended learning mode based on the platform.Then teaching experiments,taking " Design and Making of the Digital Story " and "H5 Micro Course Making Method" as examples,have been carried out successively.After teaching reflection,the blended learning mode based on WeChat public platform has been constantly improved and its application effect has been explored.This paper consists of the following seven parts:The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background,purpose and significance of blended learning,and the theory and research methods used in this paper.The research status at home and abroad analyzed the development of Blended Learning at home and abroad.The teaching function of the self-defined menu system and platform of " Educational Technology Micro-Learning " developed and operated by the author’s team is systematically introduced.The current situation of the blended learning of students in the Information TechnologyCollege of the university.In this part,a blended learning mode based on WeChat public platform is constructed.This part is the application of blended learning mode based on WeChat public platform.Two rounds of teaching are carried out.Then,it analyses the teaching application effect from three dimensions: the use of WeChat public platform,the satisfaction degree of learning effect and the satisfaction degree of blended learning mode.This part includes summary,in which the innovations and shortcomings of this research are summarized.In addition,it prospects the application of blended learning aased on WeChat public platform and the development of "Educational Technology Micro-Learning" platform.
