Since 1980 s,Europe and the United States has been a "reflection" trend,advocate to promote the development of teachers "reflection",then all countries to study more and more self reflection problems,a lot of researches show that to promote reflection on teachers professional development.At present,the reform and development of quality education for teachers' comprehensive ability put forward higher requirements,therefore,teachers should not only have professional theory accomplishment,also have a strong ability of self reflection,this is also the specialized training of teachers put forward higher requirements.Under the background of the development of the times and the needs of the reform,it is of great practical significance and guidance to study the influence of young teachers' self reflection on their teaching views.,the view of teaching discusses the present situation,find the existing problems,and to design and research,put forward the young teachers' self reflection on the background,summarizes domestic and international research teaching as the research methods and research achievements,on this basis,this paper put forward thinking of the existing research results.The second part,after the introduction of the basic information of the case,makes a corresponding induction and summary.The third part analyzes the reasons that influence young teachers' reflection and their influence on teaching view.Mainly in the fourth part,based on the young teachers' self reflective teaching concept,promotion strategy,the young teachers' self reflection related research.Finally,the research conclusions and the author's thinking.
