With the rapid development of education informationization and mobile communication technology, mobile learning, namely, with the aid of wireless mobile communication network and portable mobile terminal access to learning resources,to active learning way of a new type of digital learning, slowly from the dream into reality. In the process of mobile learning, screen sharing technology can share content displayed on teachers' screens to learners to watch, which is one of the key technologies to support mobile learning.Today, smartphones are ubiquitous, with more than 60 percent penetration in the country, and more like a device for people in high schools and colleges. At the same time, the popularity of tablets running on the same operating system as smartphones is also rising fast.As a result, mobile learning is easier to popularize than mobile learning with dedicated devices, such as smartphones and tablets.Smartphones and tablets have also become major devices for mobile learning. In the field of smart phones and tablets,Android because of its open source, equipment prices low characteristic occupies the absolute mainstream market position, but its existing small screen sharing software, and all is universal screen sharing software, mobile learning on the specific application scenario, special optimization. Therefore, intention to fill this gap, this paper researches on the screen sharing strategy to support mobile learning, and puts forward a kind of hot capture technology and image segmentation technology based on screen image transmission method, based on this method in the Android system design and implement a prototype system, and not for mobile learning scenario is optimized, comparing the prototype system of research method in performance improvement.
