Countermeasures Study On High Efficient Application Of The Electronic Document Information Exchange Platform In Colleges And Universities In Gansu Provinc

Document processing is a basic form of office affairs,meanwhile it is also the most important and complicated business.With the increasing development of information technology,the electronic document information system---a newly-arisen telecommuting---came into being to improve the working efficiency of enterprises.One of the outstanding features is that it can deal with the document at a high speed with the help of internet system and computer controls.Compared with the traditional way,it can not only improve the document flowing efficiency,but also make sure of the accuracy,timeliness,security and confidentiality.Therefore,document electronic flowing is an important symbol of paperless office,and the key to build modern automated office system.Based on the analysis of current application of electronic document exchange platform in colleges in Gansu province,this article suggests applying this platform so as to provide instructive revelation to the construction of automated office system in colleges in Gansu.Firstly,with the literature review and practical working experience,the author studies the current situation of document information platform and makes sure of its starting point and significance.Secondly,with the help of questionnaire,the author analyzes the application situation and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the platform.The author considers it beneficial to promote the usage of the platform,which can contribute to the working efficiency and cost saving of the enterprises.A the same time,the author finds that there are still some problems in the practical use of the platform,such as low efficiency,institutional imperfections and so on.Last but not least,combined with the relative research,the author put forward some feasible suggestions on how to promote highly efficient application of document exchange platform among colleges,and further advance the automatic,scientific and management level of office system in colleges.
