Cooperative Learning is an effective way of learning.Application of group cooperative learning in classroom teaching can mobilize the enthusiasm of the students,and it can really make the classroom lively and let the class be students-centered.For classroom teaching in our country,the application of cooperative learning group is not fully applied and does not work well.The students' learning enthusiasm is not high;the participation is not high;such problems can be seen everywhere.This paper,taking Jinchang A middle school as an example,studies the implementation of group cooperative learning in high school mathematics classroom with the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,classroom observation.Study found that students' enthusiasm of the participation is not high,the knowledge reserve is too little and cooperative skills are not enough.Besides,school assessment mechanism is not reasonable.There are many problems.But "Why is the water so clear in the dyke,For the fresh water comes from the springhead.",so based on the principle of effective improvement,the author puts forward the following strategies and suggestions of improvement from the teachers' aspect.1.Changing the concept of teachers Classroom Teaching,because teachers' ideas will directly affect the success of cooperative learning,and the transformation from teachers' inner ideas can greatly promote the realization of cooperative learning models.Teachers should change the teaching style,and let the students participate in the teaching in the real sense.Teachers should serve their students and build up a good classroom atmosphere and find the most suitable cooperative learning model.2.Improve the ability of teachers to control classroom.The level of professional skills possessed by teachers will also affect the overall level of cooperative learning in a certain degree.Improving teachers' professional ability,controlling the students' classroom reaction and mobilizing the enthusiasm of students to participate in cooperative learning will help students have a pleasant,equal and democratic atmosphere.And the teachers and students can establish a good relationship,so more students will be helped and supported,which can facilitate their progress and development.3.Enhancing the management of the group cooperation model.In the study of the group cooperation,the teacher is not only the designer,but the classroom organizer.The teacher is like the director,who controls his stage the classroom.The teacher should adjust the various problems that appear in the process of cooperation and make group cooperative learning go smoothly.They should fully develop the interest of students,improve their enthusiasm and initiative of cooperative learning,where students can actively participate to achieve the objectives of cooperative learning in the classroom.4.Establishing a reasonable evaluation system.Both the reasonable evaluation of teachers and reasonable evaluation of students are needed.Reasonable evaluation can stimulate the enthusiasm in teachers' work and mobilize their enthusiasm in work.It will improve students' classroom participation,build up students' learning enthusiasm,so that students can get the satisfaction of psychological level.
