| As the main places for children and adolescents to receive education and acquire knowledge,primary and secondary schools not only bear the task of teaching and educating,but also carry the mission of training young people to have good character and establish a dream of great ambition.The management of primary and secondary schools determines the level of development,also affects the growth and development of the school staff and students.After experiencing traditional management models such as experience management and scientific management,facing a new era background,how to implement a more forward-looking school management model has always been a concern for educational management scholars and outstanding school leaders.Emphasize with cohesive,efficient and sustainable vision management model,gradually has been favored by many management scholars,management science researchers began to study the this "new world"--vision management.At present,vision management which is a new management concept in the enterprise organization and government organization has been gradually applied,however,the application in the school organization are relatively rare,almost blank in the primary and secondary schools.The author tries to transplant the vision management to the school management of primary and secondary schools to study it,to hope to provide appropriate vision management mode for primary and secondary schools,and to provide a reference for quality development and sustainable development of primary and secondary schools.This paper does not dwell on the concept of vision management,and mainly focus on how to implement to construct vision management mode in primary and secondary schools.Based on the research,combs the related concepts and related theoretical basis,through interviewing the school principals of five high-quality public and private primary school,secondary school and senior high school in Hangzhou,comprehensive use of literature research,interviews,field research and other research methods,transplant the vision management into the primary and secondary school management,construct the primary and secondary vision management mode--"Four Eight" mode primarily,the "Four" refers to the vision management of the four stages of the establishment of vision,thedissemination of vision,the deepening of vision and the review of vision,the "Eight" refers to the operating points of each stage(each stage involves two key operations),including questing the mission of running schools,fully interactive communication,creating an atmosphere of public opinion,focus on the vision of incentive,innovation and implementation of carrier,shaping school model,examine the implementation process and reflection resonance.Finally,analyze the existing problems in primary and secondary school vision management,the main performances are the practical needs,emphasis on material incentives,deepen the internalization and the lack of enough view improvement.Address the corresponding problems,put emphasis on the intrinsic pursuit,spiritual encouragement,focus on the system of the vision construction and focus on improvement strategies of strengthening reflection. |
