Inorder to cultivate more high-quality talents to adapt to social development,to meet the needs of the community,China’s vocational education is also carrying on the continuous reform,is facing an important development stage.The vocational school students must not only master the skill of vocational school students and have a healthy body,but also have excellent psychological quality,learn to communicate with people and prepare for future employment.Therefore,the teachers in this paper want to seize the opportunity of classroom reform,and try to carry out the empirical research by using small group cooperative teaching model in the secondary vocational school aerobics classes.Based on small group cooperative teaching model,this paper carries on applied research and active exploration via the combination of aerobics teaching practice.Thus the teachers can strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of aerobics teaching,improve the level of students’ mental health,make the students learn to communicate and cooperate with people,and promote vocational school sports teaching to a healthy and efficient way of reform.This research expanded experimental study on 40 girl students of Jiangyin Commercial Secondary Specialized School by using literature data method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method,etc.The experiment of the aerobics teaching on the subjects,based on small group cooperative teaching model,last half a year.In order to get the objective experimental results,the related physical fitness test,aerobics technical evaluation and self-efficacy scale,student cooperation ability questionnaire and questionnaire of interpersonal relationship scale were conducted before and after the experiment.The results show that small group cooperative teaching has a positive impact on all aspects of the students,mainly reflected in:(1)It enhanced the physical quality of students,Including the quality of speed,endurance,flexibility,agility and power quality;(2)The students’ special skill evaluation scores are improved,that is,the average score and the excellence rate showed a gradual upward trend;(3)It improved students’ self-efficacy and psychological problems;(4)It enhanced the students confidence and performance,and let the students know how to show the beauty;(5)It enhanced the communication between students and make the students learn to unite and support each other competition and cooperation.(6)It improved the student’s interpersonal relationship,formed a good atmosphere of physical education,and effectively improved the students’ interpersonal skills.In the light of the problems existing in the implementation of the small group cooperation teaching model,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
