With the development of the Positive Psychology,it turns to pay more attentions to the exploration of the positive psychological quality of the individual than to the solution of the psychological problem.Capital facilitation is a positive note of the individual life processes,and it includes optimism,tenacity,hope and self-efficacy.The writer will do the research about the capital facilitation intervention of the senior students in primary school for two main reasons:One is that the capital facilitation intervention can develop the pupils' confidence,establish their positive attitude,enhance their anti-pressure ability,and promote their personality.But the literature shows that the capital facilitation research is abundant while the research of the capital facilitation intervention is scanty.So the writer do the research about the capital facilitation intervention.The other reason is that the writer finds that it needs to improve the senior students' capital facilitation that will affect students' positive attitude ?perseverance and perfect personality.As a result,the writer thinks that it is necessary to intervene the pupils' capital facilitation in this period.The 630 research subjects are the students in Grade4?5?6 from Haikou No.27 Primary School.And the writer mainly adopts Questionnaire on the Capital Facilitation of the Pupils and the Middle School Students by PengHuajun and so on,and do the status survey about the the capital facilitation of the subjects.In the basics of the result of the survey,the writer designs the suitable programme of intervention to improve the students' self-confidence according to the theory of the capital facilitation intervention by Luthans.There are two groups:one is the experimental group,and the other one is the control group,and each group has 21 students.The writer instructs them in groups for 8 times,and doesn't dispose the control group at all.Eventually,it comes to a conclusion:1?On the whole,the capital facilitation of senior students in primary school is not bad,and the average score of the research is higher than that of the theory.2?The differences of the capital facilitation between male and female are not obvious.3?The differences of the capital facilitation between only-child and or not,between student cadres or not,between participation in sports and or not,between city and countryside,and different grades are obvious.It shows that the capital facilitation and other dimensionalities of the only-child are higher than that of the non-only child markedly.The capital facilitation and other dimensionalities of the student cadres are higher than that of the common students markedly.The capital facilitation and other dimensionalities of the students participating in sports are higher than that not participating in sports.The capital facilitation and otherdimensionalities of the students from city are higher than that from countryside.The differences of the capital facilitation and self-confidence of the students from different grades are obvious.On the whole,the capital facilitation of the students in Grade 5 is higher than that in Grade 6.As for the self-confidence,that of the students in Grade 4 and 5 is higher than that in Grade6 markedly.However,there is no differences in tenacity.4?The capital facilitation of the students instructed in groups is higher than that not.And especially in the self-confidence,the students intervened are more confident than that not.
