Study On The Activities And Management Of Middle School Students' Associations

The secondary school students' association,As a main position for middle school students' activities,student organizations play a good guiding role in the development and progress of schools.The development of secondary schools complements the development of secondary school students' communities and promotes each other.One of the inevitable results of school development is the healthy growth of student organizations.The development of student organizations is the driving force for school development.However,due to the college entrance examination evaluation mechanism and the imperfect management of the community,the community organizations are still in a hurry,but also present many problems.The management system of the associations is not perfect,the organization of the associations is not perfect,it does not connect with the examination policies,and students have less autonomy.It not only affects the overall development of the school,but also prevents the students from getting healthy growth.This thesis analyzes how to strengthen the management methods of middle school students' society management from the perspectives of students themselves,teachers,schools,parents,and society,so as to promote the virtuous circle of the development of middle school students' societies.This article is divided into the following chapters.The first chapter mainly deals with the reasons for the thesis topic,the significance of the research,literature review and research methods,the second chapter mainly discusses the definition of the related concepts and its theoretical basis,the third chapter is The focus of this thesis is mainly on the current situation of social management of A Middle School in Anhui Province and its problems and countermeasures.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the general countermeasures of the management of middle school societies.Base on the middle school A in Abhui province as an example,through the literature method,interview method and questionnaire investigation,this paperstudies the basic situation of community management,analyses of the experience and problems in the process of community management,combining the national education policy and career development,giving some suggestions to community management.
