The Study Of Community Management System For Lujiang Country, Anhui Province

With the full speed development of economy for Lujiang city in Anhui province, the urbanization level of the city achieved great prosperity and the community construction for Lujiang County also has in full operation. After many years, the community has made many outstanding achievements and the community construction also began to take shape.But with the deep going, a great number of existing problems have arisen during construction process, especially in community management system, which will seriously affect the opening out of community construction work. Considering all these, reformation for community management system will be the first priority for Lujiang County’s further development.Start from this, the thesis takes the reformation and improvement for community management system at Lujiang County as the main subject, the whole thesis is divided into five part.Part one is the introduction to the whole article, presents the source of article selection, study significance, study status abroad and domestic, study methods and some definitions analysis. From a macroscopic view, Chapter1shows the study background of this thesis.Part two gives a brief introduction for County’s community and generally presents the community overall situation. Then gives a detailed description about how each of principal part of community played their roles in the actual construction work. Based on this, thesis does some explanations about community management system. On the other hand, this chapter also analyzed some problems in management system---orientation of local government and community neighborhood committee is unclear, development of community folk organization is unsound, etc. Finding and studying the reasons of these problems then can put forward some specific measures to improve community management system.Part three focus on some advanced community management system abroad and domestic. Considering the actual conditions of County community, can selectively to learn some advanced experience, which will provide some useful inspirations and references for future reformation of County’s community management system.Part four brings the target model of system reformation based on above studies and gives detailed analysis of this target from many aspects. Besides, this part also presents some specific measures, including transforming government functions, clearing the dominant role of community neighborhood committee and vigorously developing the folk organization in community, etc.The last part is a conclusion, which reviews the whole thesis and points to the inadequacy of this paper.
