Since the implementation of new curriculum reform and the development of comprehensive practical activity courses,campus culture presents the tendency of diversification,personalization and combination.Because of the comprehensive promotion of quality education,it enhances the ability of autonomous learning for middle school's students,awaken the awareness of selfmanagement and increases the communication and coordination ability.The range of campus clubs and the activities are expanded and diversified.Nowadays,community life in high school is not only a part of the curriculum system,but also a component of showing the distinctive of campus culture,practice process is becoming an important method of cultivating students' potential.In this paper,on the basis of existing research,the methods of literature review,questionnaire investigation,face to face interview and observation are being conducted to study the present situation and issues that will be countered of campus community from X middle school,Chongqing municipality,P.R China.And through the analysis of survey data and study of related theories of education management,a solution of the difficulties that existing in school communities will be discussed.This paper first through the literature review of student community concept,the connotation and the research of development of,from the two aspects of foreign and domestic study the origin of the student association,student association basically by the university campus internal protection organization development become self independent management and to participate in the people's interest in student body center,has become an important part of domestic and foreign large secondary school.Community is the participant's collective learning practice exchange sharing activities as the center of the experience of regional community,a complete high school club management have regulations,a complete architecture,the activities of rich,diverse evaluation system.Combining with the association of community activity of high school students and junior high school students,and different types of student associations comparative analysis,clarifies the connotation and function of the community of my junior high school students,especially to members do to participate in active construction of individual psychological and penetration of the campus culture and build the plastic effect,also the real scientific presentation high school club of the overall situation,a careful analysis of the problems in the status quo of community: such as school management and internal management of the science is not strong,do not attach importance to guide teacher is equipped with,and material of environmental funds support and other factors.In humanity management,scientific management,internalization motivation education management theory on the basis of,based on X of student mass organization status and sustainable development goals,this paper puts forward some reference and is conducive to the growth of the students of junior high school development and management organizations,enhance the guidance of school garden community construction.This paper proposed some ways to improve the community management,in order to make the implementing ways are more proper to life,and the community developing can go further,mean time the students and learn more as well as the community culture going further.In the basic background of all-around development education,lively community life will attract more students and become the eye of unique middle school culture.
