Social work class is a new working method in school social work.In recent years,practical service has been applied widely.Based on the principle of student security first,the principles of the school rules and regulations,the short time and limited time,the social work class needs effective control to achieve the service goal smoothly.Different from the teachers' teaching classes with scientific mature control mode,social work classes lack the guidance of systematic control system at present.For the practice social workers with relatively lack of service experience,classroom control is more strange.It is a challenge to select and apply different classroom control methods.Based on the internship experience of the author and the internship team in the R middle school in Wuhan,this paper presents the scene and state of the control in the course of social workers in the course of social workers through the observation and interview methods,and sums up the main control methods used by the social workers in different service stages,and tries to analyze the influence of the social worker control party.The factors of selection and application,and the effect of control from the perspective of multiple subjects.Concretely speaking,there are mainly two kinds of control methods in social work classroom: normative control and meaning control.Normative control is a classroom control method that social workers constrain students' classroom rules to regulate their behaviors in the interaction between social workers and students.It mainly includes the classroom time management,the activity link control and the violation behavior control;the meaning control is in the classroom activity,the social worker carries on the emotion and the thought to the student to stimulate and restrain,in order to guide the way of its thinking.It mainly includes the design and arrangement of activities,the control of activity process,and the evaluation of activity effects.The application of the two control modes focuses on different stages of service.The establishment phase of the relationship is based on meaning control,with sincere and enthusiastic infection of the students to accept social workers;theintervention stage of the problem is to maintain the classroom order by standard control and to guide the students to realize the meaning behind the classroom activities.The effects of classroom control are evaluated mainly by the two subjects of social workers and students.They have three interactive modes in the classroom:control cooperation,control avoidance,control and negotiation,and the interactive mode of cooperation and negotiation is a positive feedback that can observe the rules of the class,understand the meaning of the activity,and avoid the model It's negative feedback.Effective and reasonable classroom control should make classroom interaction between social workers and students more cooperative and negotiation mode and less escape mode.
