A Research For The Social Work Class Involved In Construction Of Primary School Class Cohesion

Primary is the very important part of pupils' education in the initial stage. Pupils spend most of their time studying in class. Habits of pupils behavior, the formation of personality, enhance the quality are very susceptible to class.Among them, the construction and enhancement of class cohesion is to improve an important part of the class atmosphere is conducive to promoting the overall development of pupils.Now in the relevant literature, we found that in the past for the construction of primary school class cohesion research mainly from the perspective of education expand.This paper attempts from the perspective of the school of social work involved in starting, by social class, involved in the construction of primary school class cohesion, to explore the feasibility and necessity.The author and our team put the social learning theory as the tone, supplemented by cognitive behavioral theory, humanistic rational emotive therapy.Then our team put these theories as the theoretical basis of design activities.We selected the members of the whole class of objects as a service, planned and organized seven social work practice classroom activities.The goal is to enhance pupils' self-awareness and interpersonal skills,enhance class cohesion.According to observations, questionnaires and interviews,in terms of implementation and effects,we evaluated the social class involves the construction of primary classes cohesion.The conclusion is that the social class does play a positive role in enhancing the cohesion of the class,although the effect is not particularly obvious,but we should continue to explore the depth of its advantages and improve disadvantage.And provide new ideas and direction for the school of social work intervention primary classes Cohesion.
