In 2012,the medium and long term plan for the construction of social work professionals proposed to create a team of social work professionals with reasonable structure and excellent quality,for adapt to the requirements of building a socialist harmonious society and meet the growing needs of the people for social services.Social development needs social work,and the development of social work requires professional talents,especially high-level talents,which also proves the importance of master's education in social work.Through the analysis of existing literature,it is found that in China's mainland,colleges and universities offering master of social work training adopt a unified training model for general and on-the-job students majoring in social work.However,compared with the professional characteristics of social work,the on-the-job students and the general students of social work have different theoretical reserves and different practical experience,so different training modes should be adopted to shape the talents accordingly.Social work in Taiwan,China has formed a path of specialization and professionalization,with a complete range of social work education.From the initial night university to the later stage,various colleges and universities have set up bachelor's and master's degrees in social work,and then to the social work on-the-job classes in recent years.The students of the on-the-job social work class are trained separately from the general students,and a special training mode is set for the on-the-job students according to their own characteristics,so as to train social workers.This study with the help of the concept of "the theory of reflective practice" in Taiwan Donghua university as a case,analyzes its part-time training mode,withthe interviewing method and the documentary method know Donghua university set up a working class origin of social work,social work professionals training mode,finally the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages in the training mode on the mainland to clear set up valuable elements of social work in class.In terms of the use of the interviewing method,there are seven interviewees,including five students(three of whom majored in social work during their undergraduate years,and two of whom majored in non-social work during their undergraduate years)and two teachers(one is a full-time teacher of the original people's college and the other is an external teacher of the school).The interview was conducted in a semi-structured manner,and we got the interviewees' consent before the formal interview to record the interview for the purpose of translation.In the documentary method,we plan to collect relevant data through the official website of Donghua university and the official website of the original people's institute.Findings:There are three reasons for the establishment of special social work classes in Donghua university.First,to serve the indigenous people;Second,to meet local needs and cultivate ethnic social workers;Third,to form the characteristics of Donghua university and enhance its competitiveness.Donghua university social work training mode on the advantages and disadvantages.The advantage lies in the education idea,the training goal,the enrollment system,the teacher strength,the curriculum system construction,the teaching method,the practice teaching;Disadvantage lies in graduation condition,quality control.There are seven aspects of Donghua university's social work training model that can be used for reference in China's mainland.First,the educational concept combines with the professional positioning to highlight its own characteristics;Second,the cultivation goal responds to the educational idea,the direct goal and the indirect goal combine;Third,the enrollment system fits the characteristics of on-the-job students,focusing on the control of practical experience;Fourth,teachers focus on the professional,the introduction of socialwork professionals;Fifth,the course system construction pays attention to the internal logic,the theory method unifies;Sixth,the teaching method practices the reflective practice idea,the discussion is the main teaching is the auxiliary;Seventh,the practice teaching strives for the pertinence,examines the theory with the practice.
