Employment is a fundamental survival of people.Under the background of China's economic structural adjustment and the continuing impact of global financial crisis.Currently,with the improvement in the living standard and the promotion of the enterprise transformation,the employment of the rural students who study in the vocational school appears some new characteristics and is facing new challenges.The writer takes the ural vocational school students in Pengzhou as the object of study,through the analysis of the current employment situation,problems and reasons of Pengzhou rural vocational school students,in order to provide new ideas for Pengzhou rural vocational students employment,explore new ways and means to solve the employment problem of Pengzhou Rural Vocational School Students,to better promote the local rural vocational students employment.This article investigates the employment status of the rural vocational school students in Pengzhou,according to analyze the employment data of the rural vocational school students in Pengzhou,such as the high employment rate of students,prefering to the labor-intensive enterprises,and taking up an occupation of the foreign-owned enterprises in economically developed areas.They are mostly recommended by the school,mainly engaged in first-line production.The paper further analyzes the new problems which faced by rural vocational school students in Pengzhou,such as the low professional rate,the limited development space,the low stability and the difficulty in adapting to the work position for students,and the writer discusses the problems and the reasons for the employment of the rural students from the five aspects of society,the enterprises,the vocational school,the students' family,the students,such as the attraction of grassroots employment is not strong,professional setting is not match with the needs of the market,employment guidance and services not targeted;Finally,from the subjective reasons that students level discusses the professional ideology is not solid,career concept deviation;and employment expectation is not fit for the reality.Finally,the writer puts forward the suggestions and ways to solve the employment problem: the school should pay more attention to the guiding role of education on employment guidance,career outlook and entrepreneurship view.Students should change their attitudes towards employment,establish a lifelong learning attitude,and have a professional and professional ethics.
