Research On The Subject System Of Social Work Institutions

Social work organizations are those that,guided by the values of "helping others help themselves" and altruism,achieve the effect of maintaining social order by providing specialized services to their clients,resolving their difficulties,enhancing their abilities and helping them to live normal lives.At the same time,social work institutions are at the forefront of solving social problems,and they have the most direct contact and profound understanding of the social situation,national policies and legal provisions.Therefore,social work institutions have the right and the obligation to actively advise and advise on laws and regulations and state policies in an effort to change the social environment and prevent social problems.This thesis is based on the government's strong support for the development of social work institutions and their more professional solutions to social problems.Based on the current rapid growth of social work institutions,we find that social work institutions are faced with the current situation of inadequate independence of social work institutions,loss of social workers and inadequate social work system.Using literature research and cross-discipline research,a brief overview of social work organizations is provided.The social work institutions are analyzed from the perspective of legal entities by referring to the relevant systems of social workers from outside the region.Through the analysis of the values of the legal subjects embodied in them,the analysis of social work institutions reflects the civil subject.The main body of economic law and the main body of social law have multiple legal subject status,define their rights and obligations,and conduct legal regulation of social work organizations from the improvement of social work professionals management system and local social work organization management systems,and work in local societies.In the legislation related to institutional management,two suggestions are put forward: that in order to ensure its professionalism and serviceability,its establishment,change,and termination should be more stringent than other private nonenterprise units.Tripartite agency assessment and registration agencies and civil affairs departments,social workers associations,the public supervision and management.
