With China's emphasis on early childhood education,preschool teachers'professional development related research has also been mentioned on the agenda.Preschool teachers' professional development is the internal driving force for the development of preschool teachers,and it is also the promoting factor to improve the quality of early childhood education.Preschool teachers' professional development is a continuous,integrated,dynamic,active,throughout the development process has always been,is also the process of preschool teachers' professional theory and professional knowledge,teaching ability,teachers' moral development and mature,continuous improvement.Currently,the number of private kindergarten is obviously more than now,there are seven private kindergartens affiliated to primary schools.Among them,three of them focus in the X district of Kunming,all of which are affiliated to the primary school G.With such advantages of high starting point of running,beautiful campus,the first-class hardware facilities and modern teaching conditions,they has provided high quality pre-school education resources for district X and effectively solve the problem as "it's hard to go to an excellent kindergarten" in previous years.Under the conditions of outstanding management team as well as the first-class hardware facilities,kindergartens also need a group of teacher with high qualification and professional ability.As a result,it especially important to further promote the professional development of preschool teachers,which gives profound theoretical and practical significant to the professional development of teachers in private kindergarten affiliated to the primary school.Based on existed professional development theory of preschool teacher,taken"professional standards for teachers in the kindergarten(Trial)" as policy background,mainly investigated the kindergarten D affiliated to primary school G in district X,comprehensively adopted literature research,Questionnaire Survey,physical collection,interviewing,as well as designed and written "questionnaire of professional development of teachers in private school D affiliated to primary school G" and "interviewing outline to head of private kindergarten affiliated to primary school",this essay looks deeper into the professional development and influence factors of teachers in private kindergarten D affiliated to primary school G.And on this basis,it proposes the strategies and measures that how to promote the professional development of private kindergarten affiliated to primary school.Chapter one introduction.From the aspect of time background,practical background,existing problems and area conditions,this chapter analyzes the current situation of professional development of teachers in private kindergarten affiliated to primary school,identifies such major concepts as the professional development of teachers in private kindergarten,private kindergarten affiliated to primary school,public kindergarten.It also introduces the research purpose,object and method as well as clears about the research ideas.Chapter two.On the basis of analyzing the developing background,school size,management system,teacher conditions of private kindergarten D affiliated to primary school G,this chapter researches on the current professional development of teachers in it,gives the characteristics in the aspect of professional concept,professional knowledge,professional ability and development interests,points out the existing problems.Chapter three.This chapter analyses the influence factors to the professional development of teacher in private kindergarten D affiliated to primary school G from the aspect of society and government,internal management of the kindergarten as well as teachers themselves.Chapter four.This chapter proposes the development measurements to promote the professional development of teachers in private kindergarten affiliated to primary school.1,Government builds efficient training system for preschool teachers,strengthen the motivation mechanism.2,Giving full play to the superiorities of primary school,laying the foundation of professionaldevelopment of teachers in private kindergarten affiliated to primary school.3,Waking up the self awareness of professionaldevelopment,let the preschool teacher become the master of professional development.
