Research background: With the continuous development of society,people's economic level is gradually improving,and the intake of food calories is on the rise.Obesity has become one of the most important “civilized diseases” in modern society.Obesity,especially central obesity(abdominal obesity),is not only a type of metabolic syndrome and a risk factor for other diseases in the syndrome.Research purposes: This study focuses on designing strength training prescriptions for middle-aged obese women.Through 8 weeks of experimental interventions,we observed the effects of two types of strength training on abdominal obesity and supplemented theoretical knowledge of strength training.It provides theoretical guidance for scientific fitness for mass fitness,especially middle-aged and older obese women.Research method: Experimental method: randomly selected 37 middle-aged and senior women in the two aerobics dance teams of Changchun City as test subjects,19 in the experimental group and 18 in the control group.The training time is 8 weeks and 2 times a week.Each time,60 minutes,medium and small intensity,strength training was used as an independent variable.Before and after intervention,intra-group differences and inter-group differences were analyzed between the experimental group and the control group.Observed two kinds of strength training methods for central obesity.Middle-aged women's body shape,body composition,trunk muscle endurance,aerobic exercise capacity.Results:(1)Abdominal circumference,hip circumference,abdominal sebum thickness,body weight,lean body mass,fat mass,trunk muscle mass,trunk fat mass,abdominal pelvis visceral fat content,BMI,PBF,partial curl-up before and after intervention in the experimental group There were significant differences(p?0.05),among which there was a significant difference in body fat mass,trunk muscle mass,and partial curl-up(p?0.01).There was no significant difference in other indicators(p>0.05).(2)Before and after the intervention in the control group,there were significant differences in abdominal circumference,abdominal sebum thickness,body weight,BMI,lean body mass,trunk muscle mass,partial curl-up(p?0.05),and other indicators had no significant difference(p>0.05)).(3)Fat mass,body fat mass,and PBF were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(p ? 0.05).There was no significant difference between the other groups(p>0.05).Research conclusions: The strength training prescription can improve the body shape of central obesity middle-aged women,reduce the abdominal circumference,hip circumference and abdominal sebum thickness of central obesity middle-aged women,reduce abdominal pelvis visceral fat content,fat mass,trunk fat mass,increase The body mass of the trunk significantly reduced body mass index(BMI)and body fat percentage(PBF),improved trunk muscular endurance of middle-aged obese females.
