OBJECTIVE: In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standards in our country, the incidence of obesity increased year by year, the obesity problem has aroused widespread concern in the community. At present, obesity has been included because of the health hazards of a worldwide epidemic, some studies show that the distribution of fat is greater than the amount of fat threat to health. Middle-aged women before and after menopause, the rising incidence of obesity and mainly the accumulation of abdominal fatdramatic, because of the change of hormone metabolism. Central obesity poses a serious threat to to the health of middle-aged women psychophysiological health, increased the risk of metabolic disease, herefore the establishment of central obesity for middle-aged women exercise weight loss program has a very high value. This study was designed to test the research and the way the body functions, Compare After eight weeks of aerobic exercise each change in middle-aged women after aerobic exercise performance indicators and core strength exercises combined with the exercise intervention, and through the control group that does not participate in the exercise as exercise the effect of supplementary contrast experiment, discussed the effect mechanism of exercise prescription, in order to further develop scalable suitable for middle-aged women to lose weight, it provides the theory basis for fitness exercise prescription.METHODS:The study subjects were permanent residents in Tianjin Beichen District Jixian community, central obesity criteria based on "Chinese adults overweight and obesity prevention and control guidelines(Trial)" in order to BMI≥28, fat percentage ≥30% were obese, female waist ≥80cm regarded as central obesity criteria, randomly selected 60 basic physical health and able to withstand moderate physical activity over the middle-aged obese women, will be divided into aerobic core group(n = 20), aerobic exercise group(n = 20), the establishment of a homogeneous group in the implementation of the movement patterns observed effects(n = 20). Subjects were informed of the risks of experimental research, signed a voluntary consent form health survey, physical activity questionnaire, full commitment to participate in theexperiment. Before and after the experiment subjects participating in the experiment body shape(height, weight, body circumference, waist-hip ratio, BMI), body composition(body lean mass, abdominal fat and body fat percentage), cardiopulmonary function(resting heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac index and pulmonary function index), blood biochemistry tests(GLU, TC, TG, HDL-C) and chronic disease risk prediction(atherosclerosis risk, diabetes risk) and sit and reach, one foot with eyes closed standing and other indicators of physiological function tests, torso muscle strength was measured using a back-check capability isometric muscle testing instruments, as an indirect indicator of the ability to evaluate the core muscles. This study was designed in two eight-week exercise program, are to go to run moderate-intensity aerobic exercise program; and in total control of exercise intensity on the basis of consistent, adding core strength training in aerobic sports content there oxygen core exercise program. All subjects before and after the experiment was to maintain the original habits and dietary intake. After the end of the experiment, using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis, differences between groups using independent sample T-test, the differences within the group using paired T-test, significance level taking P <0.05, a very significant level of P <0.01, for The data were described and analyzed.RESULTS: After eight weeks of exercise intervention, the control indicators compared with before, no significant difference. Sport group of body shape, body composition test results compared with the control group with significant difference, Aerobic core group compared with the aerobic group, abdominal fat, waist-to-hip ratio improve highly significant difference(P < 0.01). Movement group improved physiological function, including aerobic core group compared with the aerobic group, lung function in succession, crook proneness, close my eyes standing on one foot, back- check the test results to improve muscle strength, the result is highly significant difference(P < 0.01). Blood biochemical and chronic disease risk test results show that the aerobic core group compared with the aerobic group, TC, HDL- C rise, comparison between groups had significant difference(P < 0.05), and chronic disease risk prediction, exercise group results than the control group had significant difference, but the results did not appear obvious difference between groups(P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: 1. In under the premise of aerobic exercise can achieve weight loss, increase the adaptive strength of core strength exercise can more effectively improve the body composition, has a better shape effect. 2. Add core strength in aerobic exercise training, to improve central obesity, promote the belly fat decomposition, improve core muscle strength, compared with the pure aerobic exercise, which shows better fitness results and benefits.
