Research On The Value Of Education And Its Countermeasures For The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students' Voluntary Service

The volunteer service of college students as a practical activity can effectively make up for some inadequacies and shortcomings of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.College students,by participating in voluntary service,can not only improve their ideological and moral qualities,but also can enhance their subjectivity,which is the basic way to realize their own value and achieve the effective combination of social value and self-value in the process of volunteer service.With its own unique ideological and political education value,college students volunteer service plays an important role in promoting the development of the ideological and political education.To give full play to the ideological and political value,it is of vital importance to make clear the inner and logical relation between ideological and political education and college students volunteer service for college students give full play to the ideological and political value.This paper,on the basis of theoretical study in combination with practice of visiting survey,elaborates the ideological value of the college students volunteer service and analyzes its problems by collating predecessors' research results and analysis results by myself.Then this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions and feasible measures to the problems.The whole paper consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction,which summarizes and introduces the research background,significance,methods,objectives and research results home and abroad.The second part defines the concept of voluntary service scientifically and explains the basic theory of voluntary service in detail.It also outlines the theory of Marxism about person's full-scale development,the basic theory of communism,the Confucian benevolence thought of righteousness and western volunteer service theory.Based on these basic concepts and theories,this paper analyzes the basic concepts and characteristics of college students' voluntary service.The third part is the elaboration of the value of college students' ideological and political service.Ideological and political value can enrich its content,broaden its carrier,enhance its effectiveness and broaden its practice path and so on.The fourth part analyzes the problems of college students' volunteer service in giving full play to its value and proposes practical solutions.There is a lack of targeted legal guarantees and institutional norms in promoting the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Some college students do not have a strong sense of identity in voluntary service,while some take part in voluntary service with utilitarian aims and there is a disconnection between college students volunteer service and ideological and political education.Problems should be solved by adopting targeted legal system systems,enhancing university students' sense of identity in voluntary services,and promoting the connection of ideological and political education and volunteering services.
