Volleyball is a collective antagonism netting confrontational projects,volleyball athletes special physical quality requirements have many characteristics,power quality is high level volleyball should have the basis of quality,both the arms and lumbar abdomen shall be equipped with the appropriate power to ensure that the performance of the whole body quality athletes,especially the core strength of athletes,athletes in volleyball is often completed in the air fast changing tactics and core strength training in our country at present the application of high level athletes quality training is more and more widely.Experts and scholars at home and abroad also pay great attention to the training of the core strength of athletes.Research purposes: this paper based on the characteristics of volleyball movement,the strength training of volleyball general lessons to linyi university joined the core strength training,For the enrichment of the means and methods of volleyball strength training,the effect of training for the linyi university students volleyball general lessons for scientific rationalization training provides the basis.Methods: literature,experiment and mathematical statistics were used to study and analyze.this study was studied and analyzed by means of literature,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.In this paper,the relevant literature data is obtained by referring to relevant databases,which provides a solid theoretical basis for this paper.The experimental method was divided into two classes of students in the volleyball class,which were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.TRX training was used to train subjects in the experimental group for one semester,while the control subjects were trained in traditional strength.Before and after a semester of training,the experimental group and the control group were tested respectively.The independent sample T test was used to analyze the influence of different training methods on the sports ability of students in the course.Results and conclusions:1.TRX training applied in the common student's special strength training for the volleyball volleyball is feasible,non-proffessional volleyball on the students' ability of the air,the air balance control ability of the power quality has a certain effect,general students core level of regional power coordination work in the common student body up and down for the volleyball has decisive significance,for repairing nerve conduction control ability,the students keep in the common student movement posture,especially in the air for the volleyball movement in the body posture,movement coordination sensitive with strong effectiveness,etc.2.But for the general students balance control ability,core strength and stability,the effect is not obvious(P > 0.05).volleyball movement regular strength training for the general students back and abdomen strength has a significant effect(P <0.05),but for the general students balance control ability,core strength and stability,the effect is not obvious(P > 0.05).3.TRX training under the guidance of the theory of volleyball training,general repair before and after the training students' core strength and stability,balance control ability,back and abdomen strength and the students' professional and technical indicators of the paired T test(P < 0.05),there are significant differences.This shows that the training of TRX strength training has an obvious effect on the athletic ability of the pusher students.4.the traditional strength training can also improve the volleyball's student body all kinds of power quality,but more can effectively improve the quality of the general power,the quality of special forces and the basic technology of improving slightly insufficient,therefore can be used as a major means of general strength training.5.TRX strength training method and the traditional strength training method of volleyball basic technology is slightly increased,but the amplitude is small,so for volleyball general repair students,strength training as the basis of volleyball basic technology and support,the volleyball basic technology couldn't be improved significantly.6.Experimental results show that TRX training in volleyball is better than conventional strength training in stability and physical control.
