RE. major of normal universities is the cradle which cultivate teachers for the middle school, the main difference with other RE college is that they train teaching fugleman. So the students of RE. major not only grasp skilled and standard sports technique, but also possess the better psychology character to meet the RE. teaching future. The research of attribution theory sprung up on 1960's, and now it becomes the artery of social cognizing. But the research of attribution theory in RE. practise minded is absence. According to the attribution theory , a few fault ill attributional methods could cause ill emotions, expectations and the future actions, if attribution training could be taken, those ill sequent will be changed. In this paper, the volleyball course of normal university is the cut-in point, and attribution theory is the interposing methods, the main purpose is to form the positive attribution of skill learning, cultivating better emotions, and improving achievement motivation and studying motivation. Furthermore, it could influence the studying behaviors and grades and has the function on the forming healthy personality and psychology.The main contents of the paper are as follows. (1) The attributional cognize about the volleyball exam of the RE. major's students. (2) The attribution training's function to the forming of students' positive studying cognizing of volleyball course. (3) The attribution training's function to the alternation of ill emotions after exam. (4) The influence of attribution training to the achievement motivation, studying motivation and the grades.Teaching experiment means and questionnaire means are the main research means of this paper. The subjects of this experiment are 52 students of some volleyball class of 2001 grade of RE. department of Shandong normal university. All the data are analyzed by the software of SPSS11.0.The results of experiments are as follows.l.The author found the students' attribution inclines after exam.When they get the good grades, efforts, teachers' ability, learning attitude and self-confidence and own ability are the main attribution factors. On the other hand, when they lost in the exam, efforts, learning attitude and self-confidence, interesting and studying methods will be the main correlative factors. 2.If the students attribute success to the internal and stability factors and attribute failure to the internal or external and instability factors, positive attribution will be available. After experiment, the emotions of the students, who get better grades, have a little changing. But the ill emotions of the students who lost in the exam change a lot. Moreover, achievement motivation, studying motivation and grades will be improved.3.Attribution training not only enhance the quality of teaching course but also cultivate students' better personality and enlighten the students' studying potential.4.Attribution training in the P.E. course is feasible and the effects are positive. The using of variable training means should be not only flexible and various but also in terms of reality.
