Among them, ditch Communication and cooperation ability is a basic ability in preschool teachers’ important and key, and preschool teachers work ability as one of an important part of the kindergarten teachers’ ability of communication and cooperation, domestic research about it is missing, to carry out this research not only helps to promote the teachers’ professional development, more conducive to better promote children’s all-round development.This study adopts the method of literature analysis, questionnaire and interview research on preschool teachers’ ability of cooperation colleague diagnostic assessment tools are studied. Firstly, through literature analysis, Delphi method and questionnaire survey method to construct the evaluation of preschool teachers’ colleagues cooperation ability index system.
