College students' overweight has become one of the public health problems to be solved in the world. It not only increases the prevalence of college students' physiological diseases, but also has many negative effects on their psychological development.A large number of studies have shown that overweight college students have certain defects in suppressing and transforming functions than normal weight groups, and there is no significant difference in cognitive function such as working memory breadth and intelligence.Acute exercise has a positive impact on improving college students' conversion and inhibition, but there are few studies involving overweight university students and different intensity. This study uses event-related potential technology(ERP),with inhibitory and conversion function as the starting point, from the brain electrical indicators. To explain the mechanism of different levels of acute exercise affecting cognitive function of overweight college students. In this study two experiments were 52 overweight university students as subjects, and adopt 4(intensity)x 2(stimulus types)x 2(test time)mixed experimental design, the independent variables: exercise intensity and stimulus types, exercise intensity for variables between groups, divided into four levels: quiet state, low intensity, medium intensity and high intensity. The types of stimuli were divided into consistent stimuli and inconsistent stimuli, and the stimuli types and test times were in tragroup variables. The test time was pretest and post-test respectively.Dependent variable: The data performance of the Flanker/More-odd shifting stimulus task was measured with behavioral data and EEG data. The behavioral data index was: correct rate and response time;and the brain electricity index was: N2,P3 components. All presentation stimuli were based on E-prime software, and used the Flanker/More-odd shifting task to collect the correct rate and reaction time of the subjects. At the same time, the brain electricity data of the subjects were collected using the Curry 7 software of the Neuro Scan EEG system.Effects of acute exercise with different intensities on inhibiting and transforming function of college students.Repeatedly measuring the variance of the behavioral data and EEG data of the two experimental tasks can be obtained. In the correct rate of the experiment, there is a significant difference in the correct response rate of the stimuli response of the different intensity groups. The specific performance is medium intensity group> large Intensity group > small intensity group. At the time of reaction, there was a significant difference in the stimuli response response of different intensity groups, and the moderate-intensity acute aerobic exercise group had the best improvement effect. The brain electrical signals collected by Curry 7 were processed, and the variance and latency of N2 and P300 were analyzed by the three-way repeated measures analysis of variance. The amplitude and latency of N2 between different intensity aerobic exercise groups were significantly different. There was no significant difference in P3 amplitude and latency between the intensity aerobic exercise group;Experiment 2 There were significant differences in the accuracy and response time of the More-odd shifting task between different intensity of acute aerobic exercise. Each intensity of acute aerobic exercise can significantly improve the conversion function of the subjects, but there is no significant difference between the different intensity effects. The brain electrical signals collected by Curry 7 were processed, and the amplitude and latency of N2 and P300 were analyzed by the three-way repeated measures analysis of variance. The differences in N2 components between different intensity acute aerobic exercise groups were shown.A large number of P3 amplitudes and shortening of P3 latency appeared in the post-test data of different intensity groups.Conclusion:(1)Acute aerobic exercise has a certain improvement effect on the inhibitory function of overweight college students, among which the improvement of moderate intensity exercise is the most obvious, followed by high intensity exercise.(2)Different levels of acute aerobic exercise can activate the excitability of the cerebral cortex, and help overweight people improve their ability to suppress the lack of self-control ability.(3)Acute exercise has a significant improvement effect on the conversion function of overweight college students, but the effect of different intensity improvement is relatively close.
