In recent years,the phenomenon of school bullying has intensified.Along with the popularization of networking,a series of bad bullying incidents have been exposed by the media and the Internet,which has aroused concern and heated discussion from community.From the dual perspectives of educational management and sociology of education,this paper analyzes and studies the problem of bullying in schools.In the study,we selected the perspective of bullying cases in the bullying incident on campus to study the personal experience of the bullied person and organize the research text in a narrative manner.The purpose of this paper is to depict the bullied's school bullying experiences,explain the psychological experience during the process of being bullied,and to trace the impact of various related factors in the process of school bullying,at last put forward some suggestions pertinently.This article uses three levels to study the case.First,use the narrative method to track and reproduce the history of school bullying experienced by the individual case.Second,meticulously present the value of the case through generic analysis and the emotional world.Third,trying to depict the situation,interpret the experience,and sort out the logical relationships among the various factors in the case of school bullying,especially the important influence of the family and the school in this process.Apart from the bullying stories and the presentation of the spiritual world of the cases,readers can be provided with original texts of reading,comprehension and thinking.Based on this case,the researcher also put forward her own thoughts and suggestions on opinions:Firstly,the impact of primary families on children:the family structure and family atmosphere affect the child's personality and way of doing things.Luo's primary family,father strong and mother weak unbalanced family structure caused Luo timid,cowardly personality development,which is one of the reasons Luo get bullied;and Luo in the absence of fatherhood and domestic violence environment The lack of family support system led Luo be silent with bullying after her got bullied and failed to find the right way seeking assistance.Secondly,the impact of school culture on student groups:on the one hand,a high-intensity learning environment and a learning atmosphere that places a high emphasis on academic achievement will lead to the escape of poor students and become bullying guy just want to find some existence;on the other hand,teachers treat students attitudes affect students 'attitudes toward students,whether teachers treat students equally or not,and whether teachers are welcome or become outsiders;meanwhile,teachers' interventions on school bullying will affect it's development,while not timely or ineffectively handled methods will aggravate school bullying.
