Under The New Normal,Adult Higher Diploma Education Development Strategy Research

The new normal means that China's social and economic development is entering a period of comprehensive transformation.Economic development,industrial structure optimization and the creation of an innovative country need more high-quality comprehensive talents.Adult higher diploma educatio,a major branch of higher education system,is an important institution for cultivating high-level talents in the country.It is an important way for talent output and should play corresponding functions.In recent years,all walks of life in China have been upgraded and transformed,and our education system has entered the stage of comprehensive reform.The national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)put forward "build the people will learn or even pursue life-long education of learning society and lifelong education system",to complete the task,meet diversified education needs of social members,and implement the learning support services,only make full use of modern information technology,explore the depth of fusion of technology and education,accelerate the reform and innovation of teaching mode.In order to understand the new normal,adapt to the new normal and better realize the innovation and reform of education in adult higher education,the first task is to understand the current situation of diploma education in adult higher education.So,the author conducted a field study on universities continue education college and correspondence education station,and conducted a questionnaire survey on adult students.Through on-the-spot investigation and data analysis,think that the adult higher diploma education both in enrollment mode,teaching mode and evaluation model and the characteristics of adult students does not adapt,there are many drawbacks.In the end,this paper aims at the problems faced by adult higher diploma education development,and puts forward some development strategies,for example,clearing the current situation and development orientation of adult higher diploma education.Abolish the adult college entrance examination,implement the training mechanism of wide and strict;Adjust the professional setting,facing the industry running school;Adopt the credit system and the flexible system;To strengthen the construction of teaching double and mixed teachers;Reforming the examination method,carrying out the ability examination;We will accelerate the comprehensive reform of education in colleges and universities,carry out correspondence education,amateureducation and network education three kinds of education fusion.The combination of online and offline combination,classroom and practical training,the combination of college teachers and industry experts;Using cloud computing and big data set up online education cloud platform--ten clouds;Strengthening macro planning and management;Carry out self-examination to upgrade and build self-examination student center,and so on.
